Insert a sizable scrolling text table

A scrolling table is a layer of text which will scroll in a upwards
position. The scroll text table will also work in a compiled
eDocument.

The width and height of the scrolling layer can be changed by
selecting the layer and then by changing the width and height
text box properties.

Use the right mouse button on the select color to change
background color and the left to change text color and
font properties to change text type and size.                         

HTML language can be added to the text by adding it within the text. The eDocument does not support HTML
text because it is hard coded and is not a HTML object.

The scrolling table does not align with the 'Center Content...' menu item. This is due to the two conflicting
alignments.
